大功率开关变压器环形铁芯
1:应用领域:大功率开关电源主变压器(如逆变电源、X光电源、激光电源、通讯设备电源、高频感应加热电源、UPS)随着高频逆变技术的成熟,逆变电源体积小、重量轻、效率高的优势愈加明显。作为逆变焊机心脏的主变压器,由于工作频率提高到20KHz以上,传统的铁芯材料硅钢已不能满足使用要求;铁氧体虽高频损耗较低,但因其饱和磁感应值(Bs)较低,铁芯的体积和重量仍较大,此外,铁氧体的居里温度较低,热稳定性差。铁基纳米晶材料具有优良的综合磁性能,集硅钢、坡莫合金、铁氧体的优点于一身,即高磁感、高导磁率、低损耗、及优异的温度稳定性,迅速成为逆变电源变压器铁芯的最佳选择。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
2:性能特点:用铁基纳米晶带材制造,具有高饱和磁感、高导磁率、高居里温度、低损耗。铁基纳米晶合金的饱和磁感是铁氧体的3倍,同样体积的铁芯要比铁氧体输出功率大2倍,同时有更大的抗过载能力。其铁芯损耗在20KHz~50KHz的频率范围是铁氧体损耗的1/2~1/5。导磁率是铁氧体的10倍以上,因此激磁功率小,因而也减少了铜损。铁基纳米晶合金的居里温度是570oC,是铁氧体的3倍。
